About Me (Company description, Biography, Services I provide):

I am a Managing Director with Corporate Valuation Advisors, an international, independent full-service valuation consulting firm. My responsibilities include new business development, serving existing clients' appraisal and valuation requirements, developing new valuation services to meet evolving needs.

CVA serves corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, hedge funds, law firms, CPA firms, investment banks and professional services firms.

CVA is noted for our expertise in preparing valuations of intellectual property including brands, trademarks and names, patents, license agreements, customer & subscriber lists, franchise rights, favorable contracts and other forms of IP.

We also appraise real estate; tangible personal property, financial instruments including common stock, options, preferred stock and debt obligations. In adddition, we prepare valuations of private equity portfolio companies and prepare periodic updates to meet FASB ASC 820 "Fair Value Measurement and Disclosure" requirements.

A good deal of our work pertains to mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations and bankrupcies & reorganizations.

Our Property Tax Division assists corporations identify inequities in property tax assessments and secure savings via negotiations with assessment bodies.
