May I, first of all, take the opportunity to briefly introduce ourselves to you: Klein & Coll. is an independent mergers & acquisitions (“M&A") advisory house, with a particular focus on small and medium sized companies. Within this segment Klein & Coll. has been occupying a pre-eminent position on the German market for more than a decade.
We are looking for cooperation partners in the US. My colleague and I planned to travel to the US in June 2008 to share further thoughts.
We would be very pleased if we could arrange an appointment in June to meet eachother.
We got some clients who are very interested to invest in the US, and we need somebody to do the sell-side. We also got some clients who would like to divest in the US. So, maybe you can do the buy-side and we do the sell-side.
