I have over 16 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with 13+ years of specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions.

Past responsibilities have included exclusive sales, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, restructurings, valuations, fairness opinions and other general advisory work for public and private clients primarily in the Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer, Healthcare and Basic Industrial sectors.

Have been responsible for transaction origination, product marketing and client relationship development; evaluation of new transactions and structuring alternatives; formulation of bidding and sale strategies; evaluation of proposals and commitments; leadership of transaction negotiations; and, presentation to a variety of internal review committees.
