May I, first of all, take the opportunity to briefly introduce ourselves to you: Klein & Coll. is an independent mergers & acquisitions (“M&A") advisory house, with a particular focus on small and medium sized companies. Within this segment Klein & Coll. has been occupying a pre-eminent position on the German market for more than a decade.
We are looking for cooperation partners in the US. My colleague and I planned to travel to the US in June 2008 to share further thoughts.
