I have conducted over 50 business integration projects for a diversity of clients on transactions as small as $25 million and as large as $13 billion, but the focus is on $100 million plus transactions. I'm about to help set up and support a new MA / Turnaround fund in the Netherlands and will likely be targeting UK businesses as well. But the MA community here seems limited, or is it just a matter (lack of) openness? The States are so much more open about their networking and peer-level activities.

Great to meet you here in the forum. I'm just working on a deal (or the restructuring thereof) in the UK. Quite challenging to get the English moving in a turnaround situation...found it easier with Germans and Spanish, to be honest.
would be great if there was a local M&A meeting in the UK to exchange some thoughts, experience, etc. ...anything coming up around London or Birmingham?
