Most recently I have been leading the integration effort of Zurich North America Small Business Insurance operations with Farmers Insurance. This transaction was run with an IMO - Integration Management Office - which is the central pivot point between the two companies for the resolution of issues, priortization of deliverables and tracking and reporting to the timeline business needs. This integration is currently winding down by October '09. Impacting some 12K agents, approximately 500 employees and supporting an $850M annual book, my skills have been focused on driving results impacting HR, Legal, Operations, Sales & Distribution, Product Development, Actuarial, IT in getting from a strategic vision of combined entity to tactical execution. My team consisted of consultants from Deloitte, McKinsey and Accenture has well as direct hired consultants with specialized skills and knowledge. Additional skills in process improvement (six sigma), metric development based upon strategic alignment and cascading responsibility thereon.

Certainly, there is more than just a paragraph, and I offer that I have had 250 employees reporting to me, directing teams dedicated to strategic development (marketing, sales, technology & financial) application development, infrastructure technology, division financial reporting, project/program management all built on a baseline of financial analysis skills that have culminated in my last 4 years being primarily focused upon Mergers and Acquisition and operational integration for a FORTUNE 100 companies.
