Our software and processes are particularly ideal for large M&A integrations or restructurings. Basically, OrganizationWeaver helps handle the vital Human Capital aspects of organizational change so that the company can refocus on strategic goals as quickly as possible.

We are able to accomplish this with 3 secure software modules. The Organization Design module imports current organizational data from an ERP system and allows the change team to drag and drop their way to a new organizational structure. The Employee Preferences module is an intranet application that engages all employees about where they would like to fit in the new organization. And lastly, the Staffing module uses sophisticated algorithms to help make informed decisions about matching organizational needs with employee preferences. All together, these three modules are able to staff a new optimal organization. In addition, OrganizationWeaver minimizes Legal, Reporting, and Human Capital risks by being completely auditable, efficient, and transparent. At the end of the transformational change process, all of the new organizational data is exported back into the clients ERP of choice.
