- Currently working on two corporate restructuring mandates. The first is on a leading Oil and Gas contractor in Nigeria and the deal size is about $300m. The company is in a distressed position and is undergoing a turnaround. While the other is a major indigenous conglomerate and the deal size is about $400m. The company has liquidity issues amongst others. Both companies will require a good measure of new equity to enable the restructuring to be a success. Are there any outfits/people that are interested in taking on a risk on Nigerian assets? Cheers. Robby
