- I am a Director with Green Hasson & Janks. We provide tax and audit services for private equity funds. My expertise is building relationships with professionals who touch deals and portfolio companies. We have experience with all types of funds including buy-out, venture capital and mezzanine. We also provide tax and consulting services for the general partner, management company and fund management. We can assist the fund management with:

- We are focused on privately held companies in the middle market space and professionals who also work in that space. We have clients and prospects who are interested in selling or acquiring companies and like to assist professionals with due diligence, transaction support, valuations and audit and tax work for portfolio companies.

The best scenario would be if we could collaborate and share information (blind information would probably suffice) regarding clients you have that are looking to sell / divest their business and seeing if we have any Buyers whose criteria are matches for your sellers business. I know CPA firms do not like sharing confidential info on who their clients are, but as mentioned we could work nicely with blind information / teasers. If we have a Buyer match, we would introduce them to the seller and both principles would work together. We are not Brokers, so we just find and introduce perspective clients. If the introduction results in a sale, we get a finders fee from the Buyer. If required we could also discuss perhaps paying you a referral fee. The real opportunity is.. do you have clients you work with that are selling their business, and how does that population match up with a Buyer needs???
We can easily share Blind buyer profiles with you.

I am Marty Levin, partner with Global Intermediaries, an M&A firm located in NY. We work with Buyers (PEG's, Hedge Funds, Individuals, Strategic buyers, etc) who are looking to acquire either add-on's for their existing portfolio companies, or new platforms. We have buy-sides in place with them. We are always looking for new sources of Sellers (as well as Buyers), and perhaps there may be synergies for us talking and perhaps working together. We are also aligned with a Boutique Investment Banker, and have access to their businesses. We are looking for Mfg / Business Services / IT and S/W Businesses with Revenues of $5-$50M and EBITDA's of $1-$10M in the US and Canada.
