He served on the American Advertising Agencies Association (AAAA’s) Interactive Task Force during the dawn of the internet helping the industries’ leading practitioners understand how to utilize and leverage this new technology.

His depth of experience – operations, distribution, manufacturing, transportation, retail, marketing, services, sales and executive management – uniquely qualify him to assist Sellers prepare their business for sale in ways most advantageous to optimizing MVP. This experienced business strategist helps his clients recognize and draw on their businesses optimal points of leverage to generate buyer desirability, fine-tune and highlight focus on them, and then develops communications tools targeted to specific buyers and buyer communities to elicit purchase interest.

Mr. Brodhead was an instructor and judge in the AAAA’s Institute for Advanced Advertising Studies at Loyola Marymount University for many years, and has been an active member of the Los Angeles Ad Club, Western States Advertising Agencies Association as well as having served on the EMBA Alumni Board at USC. He has been a panelist for the "Getting to the Top as Entrepreneurs/Business Owners" career development program at the UCLA Anderson School, and has lectured at the USC Marshall School of Business’s The Entrepreneurial Program on the subject of “Small Business Transactions ~ Finding Targets and Financing” since 2008, and returning again in April, 2010.

He is a magna cum laude graduate of the Executive MBA program, Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and a trusted advisor and member of the 1400 member strong ProVisors network. Steve is married, has three children, and resides in the South Bay area Los Angeles.
